Reservations and Information
Additional information
and reservations for all council facilities are handled through the
council service center.

Camp Alton F. Baker
Located on Siltcoos Lake,
six miles south of Florence on the Oregon Coast.
Summer Camp - The
council operates a complete summer camp program for all Scout troops and
Varsity Scout teams. The camp features dining hall service, cope, and a
full range of program opportunities.
Weekend Camping -
Campsites are available for troops to use on a reservation basis. Four
sites are Adirondack sites which have three sided wooden shelters.

Camp Melakwa
Located at the crest of
the Cascade mountains near McKenzie Bridge. This camp offers high
mountain adventure to the troops and teams who want a "real trail"
experience. The Scouts do their own cooking and there is a full range of
Scout advancement and program available. Camp may be reserved for unit
overnight use in early fall at no charge.

Camp Murnane
Located 15 miles west of
Eugene. It features a program shelter, water, and latrines. It is a
great place for troops to hike and have overnight campouts. Adirondacks
- 4 (sleeps 24).

Marion Mooney Scout Ranch
580 acres featuring
rolling hills, beautiful meadows, a stream, a program shelter and
latrines. The ranch is west of Winston on Highway 42. Great camping and
hiking. New flush toilets and 13 Adirondack-type sleeping shelters.

Kitson Hot Springs
"Camp Huntington and
Beckman Tree Farm" - Near Oakridge at the top of the Hills Creek
Reservoir. 160 acres suitable for short term Scout and Webelos
overnighters, and den and pack picnics. A program shelter, 11 Adirondack
shelters and a latrine are available.

Weyerhaeuser Woods
On Little Fall Creek at
the end of the county road, south of Springfield. Primitive campsites.
