Commissioner Service

What is a Commissioner?

Commissioners are district and council leaders who help Scout units succeed. They coach and consult with adult leaders of Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, and Venturing crews.

The COMMISSIONER CORPS

Oregon Trail Council's Commissioner Corps is led by Council Commissioner, Randy Hill.  Each District has a District Commissioner, who supports and leads a group of Unit and Roundtable Commissioners.  All Commissioners strive to assist Units in providing the very best of Scouting to our youth and families.
