Annual Meeting of Oregon Trail Council

                             The purpose of the annual meeting is to:
                        1.  Receive annual reports of the Executive Board, officers and committees;
                        2.  Elect members-at-large, executive board members, officers and National Council representatives;
                        3.  Receive financial reports of the corporation (council).
