How do I register?
Go to http://www.facebook.com/l/19bccIgWeD_YbhNnpBL3Z2qNR4w;www.sectionw1s.org/register, follow the registration steps and pay with a credit/debit card. If you do not have access to a credit/debit card then you can download the mail-in registration by following the same link above. With the mail-in option you can pay with cash, check or money order and mail the money with registration to the Oregon Trail Council office at 2525 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Eugene, Oregon 97401. Your registration will need to be in the council office by Tuesday, August 10, 2010 if you want the early bird pre-registration price of $35, otherwise the cost will be $40 to have your pre-registration in the office by Tuesday, September 7, 2010.

What is an Order of the Arrow Conclave?
Conclave is the biggest and best gathering of Arrowmen in the Western Region for the entire year, and something you do not want to miss! It is a gathering of OA members from the three lodges in Section W-1S, bringing together over 600 Arrowmen from all over Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Northern California. A mini-NOAC!

What goes on at a Conclave?
Un-ending FUN! Great food. Leadership and outdoor adventure training. Awesome Friday night and Saturday night theme shows. Friday Night "Dive-In" Movies. American Indian arts and crafts like beading, feather work, regalia making, leatherwork, drum construction, tipi painting, and an afternoon Pow-Wow extravaganza. Saturday afternoon activities like Human Foosball, adventure relays, climbing wall, and swimming. Ceremony evaluations (team and individual). Patch trading and Section W-1S Memorabilia Auction. Just hanging out at Willamette Pass Ski Resort. And did we mention FUN?!

When and Where?
September 10-12 at Willamette Pass Ski Resort, 70 miles East of Eugene, Oregon (turn at mile post 62). Plan to arrive Friday evening between 6:00 and 8:00 PM (prior to the opening show), and depart on Sunday by 11:00 AM. Please carpool wherever possible (to reduce environmental impact). Thanks!

What to Bring?
Be sure to bring a tent and sleeping bag (for sleeping outdoors), raingear (just in case), insect repellent, extra money (for trading post and auction), patches (for trading), swimsuit, camp chair (for outdoor shows seating and the auction), your full Scout uniform and OA sash (for looking good), your friends (for even more FUN), gloves and garden tools (if you can), and lots of energy!

How much does it cost?
The 2010 Conclave is only $35.00 this year for those that pre-register with the early bird special prior to Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 10:59 pm PT. After Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 10:59 pm PT , online registration will be $40.00 until online registration closes Tuesday, September 7, 2010, unless of course you are a new Arrowman then your registration is still $35.00 at any time. After online registration closes, the on-site registration fee will be $45.00.

Will there be a religious service?
Yes, there will be a non-denominational Scout's Own Service and an LDS Sacrament Service before departure on Sunday. Don't miss it!
